Denying The Truth

I can recall the first time I heard the draft to this song. I was transported to a bar in a small local town , spinning and dancing until I couldn't anymore. I heard the conviction in his voice and so I really wanted to drama it up with a little bit of distortion and not so much reverb. I really wanted everything to feel authenitc and true to a story. So I kept the drums more acoustic without much processing. How would it sound if we were jamming out in a cabin and drinking moonshine.
